Your Mission

The jobholder will be part of the HR Team of the company and will oversee topics related to health, safety & the environment within the company. Also, the jobholder will also lead the facilities activities & projects.

Your Tasks

EHS:

  • Develop and implement a preventing EHS strategy approach by providing adequate technical risk controls for specific activities, both collectively and individually defining processes, procedures, safe methods of work etc 
  • Providing guidance to the business on the categorization, elimination, substitution or mitigation of risk and work-related hazards to ensure full compliance with external requirements (legal, management system standards etc) and the internal EHS policies and management system
  • Monitor & implement document of professional risks and its actions plan and also, prevention plan with external companies, in collaboration with the company's various departments etc) 
  • Promote Environment and Health & Safety topics at the workplace throughout the organization at all levels (from top management to shop floor staff) ensuring availability of the relevant training, awareness campaigns and EHS inductions
  • Monitor & analyze EHS Kpis to implement corrective actions
  • Manage interface with external providers wrt. EHS topics
  • Define and track the budget for EHS
  • Collaborate with :

o   HR social relations responsible for EHS strategies & topics related to CSE

o   CRS manager on CRS initiatives & projects

  • Facilities: 
  •  Operate and maintain facilities & infrastructure to ensure a safe and reliable working environment and business continuity.
  • Providing technical expertise on how best to maximize occupancy and space utilization by balancing needs and strategy.
  • Promoting innovation and best practice working environment.
  • Support HR wellbeing strategy wrt offices and facilities improvements.

  • Define and track the budget for Facilities.

YOUR PROFILE/EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience as EHS & Facilities manager 7-10yrs of experience 
  • Strong Project management experience
  • Proactive and autonomous, agility, and willing to readily share information
  • Creative thinker who can bring a new idea successfully through to an execution level
  • Positive attitude, high energy levels.
  •  Excellent communication and coordination skills
