Your Mission

 Jobholder oversees a multi-Project managers team. 

The jobholder is responsible to ensure within the company the Arrow450 (A450) Programs execution in relation with the operational priorities managed day-to-day by Operations Director. The jobholder reports A450 Programs details to Space Systems Telecommunication & Navigation program line in ADS SAS.

Your Tasks

●       

●        Full management accountability across a number of projects, including project interdependencies through the full lifecycle of the A450 programs / product.

●        Support the A450 product roadmap within the framework of the Toulouse company strategy.

●        Manage with engineering & manufacturing entities, the A450 product options/versions/re-use and investigate other technical solutions inside the product family and through the full product life cycle

●        Apply the A450 Program / Product strategy towards customers

●        Contribute the the offers based on A450.

●        Ensure that all A450 programs/projects targets (product quality & delivery schedule, financial objectives, including Profit & Loss) are met whilst verifying the company commitments towards the customers.

●        Monitor & consolidate analysis of time, cost, resources, risk & opportunity and quality data for all A450 programs & product

●        PM process and tools implementation management.

●        Interface with customer Airbus US

●        Personal skills:

●        Technical Skills

o    Strong knowledge of satellite development phases and involvement of various company functions : Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contract, Finance,

o    Tools and technics in creating and maintaining milestone planning

o    Cost, price & value analysis skills

o    Knowledge of mass production constraints (in space applications, automotive, aeronautics, semi-conductor etc)

o    Knowledge in tools : Office suite, SAP, Jira, MS Project

●        Key Qualifications

o    Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business

o    10 years’ successful experience in Complex Program Management

• Languages :

o    English

o    French is a plus
